Cancellations:
Projects can be canceled within 48 hours of payment, provided no design or development work has started.

Refunds:
If work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting resource and time costs. Completed projects are non-refundable.

Timeline for Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
